Serve at Cornerstone
In the Gospels, we see Jesus leaving His throne in Heaven to come as a servant. He then calls us to serve as He did, and do so with the very gifts He has given us. At Cornerstone, we believe a thriving church body is the direct result of a serving church body.
Welcome people as they arrive; hand out brochures; help visitors find seats; collect the offering.
Setup; serve coffee, tea, and juice before services; teardown.
Children & Students
Sunday mornings help with Nursery, Preschool, and Jr. Church; babysit, teach/assist with Bible lessons and games.
Wednesday evenings, listen to kids say their verses; help during game time; babysit infants.
Wednesday evenings, minister to our teens 6th-12th grade; help with activities and fundraisers.
Help provide childcare during midweek services, or special events.
Facilities & Grounds
Clean the building during the week to help maintain our facilities, and prep for services.
Assist in attending to the grounds and projects around the property.
Serve on Sundays (or special events) in the tech booth; help with audio, lights, and sound.
Take photos and videos during services or events; edit photo/video projects. Assist with social media, and graphic arts.
Small Group Leader
Lead a group during one of our small group seasons (Fall, Spring, or Summer).
Minister to those in the hospital after surgeries, or during long stays.
Bringing individuals to doctor’s appointments, running errands, etc.
